I have a Circuit Breaker for the Stove Top circuit that keeps tripping especially in warm weather. I need a evaluation of possible faults/shorts and then a replacement Breaker. Not an emergency, just annoying!

(1) remove and blank off smoke detecitor above stair well - (awkward location) (2) install new smoke detector in mor convenient loaction (3) replace fault rheostat for chandilier (4) evaluate and possibly repair/replace attic fan and/or temperature sensor for attic fan that is not running

We have 2 sets of flouresent lights in our Kitchen which has a vaulted ceiling. I have replaced the bulbs but the lights only come on dim or not at all. We would like to have them repaired.

Old house old panel. Need new panel and about 8 new outlets. Panel stays in same location. New wire must be brought from pole because old wire crosses over built-on den.Rep from city elec. has been here and drawn up 'spot location' map. I must get bids and know how much this is going to cost.

I need to have a dedicated line for my microwave. it currently is on the same circuit as the master bedroom and causes several outages. The microwave is about 10 linear feet from the breaker box and there should be enough space on the breaker box to add a new breaker for the microwave.
